Austin Powder Coating services span a wide range of customer's needs and products.

We are located in the Austin Area and serve all of Texas including

Founded in 1978, our Management team has over 35 years experience in the powder coating, paint and product finishing industry.

Our coating experience extends to coating liquid and powder on class "A" and under body parts for automotive, agriculture, and many other types of industries.

We have applied coatings on plastic, wood, and ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

At Austin Powder Coating we can powder coat single piece orders to large parts multi-piece production runs.

We specialize in the application of baked powder coatings, fusion bonded epoxy, nylon, polyester and urethane.

We also have extensive experience in MIL SPEC Coatings and Industrial finishes including CARC, MIL-P-20689 Plastisol, MIL-C-5541 CI 1a or CI 3, MIL-C-490 Pretreat, RFI EMI Coating, Epoxy or Polyester applications.

Our specialties include lawn furniture and patio furniture restoration, automotive body parts, wheels, rims, aluminum, sheet metal finishing for manufacturing lots.

For our industrial customers we can perform high volume, quick turn production for large manufacturing lots such as product bezels, covers, housings or any other type of sheet metal finishing applications.
